- Trading losses incurred while using the product
- Failure to read product documentation or system requirements
- Issues caused by user modification or misuse
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems:

- Provide detailed information about the issue
- Allow us reasonable time to investigate and resolve
- If we cannot fix the issue, a refund may be granted

4. How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and reason for refund

5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:

- You may receive a confirmation email

6. Partial Refunds

- Annual licenses with significant unused time remaining

7. Subscription Cancellations
For monthly and annual subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
- Cancellation does not affect previous charges
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- License revocation for all products
- Permanent ban from future purchases
